Dana Vanderwall, PhD. is Executive Director of Enterprise Informatics at Schrödinger, contributing to product strategy and development for LiveDesign and supporting data strategy for Schrodinger Drug Discovery. Over the course of his career, including roles at Merck, GSK, and BMS, he’s integrated experience from work in Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, Computational & Structural Biology, and Biochemistry in contributing or or supporting drug discovery. As someone passionate about improving quality and reusability of data he played a role in launching Allotrope Foundation, contributes to projects within the Pistoia Alliance and IUPAC, and is a Fellow of the Society for Lab Automation and Screening. He received his B.S. in Biochemistry at the University of Wisconsin, and his Ph.D. in Biochemistry at University of Maryland.
