Victoria is the Channel Sales Director at Microsoft, curating the best solutions, through the right partners, to all customers to support their digital transformation and industry-specific needs. She previously she held various leadership roles across both Technical and Strategy Disciplines in the company focusing on developing customers’ technology roadmap and adoption.
Victoria holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Biochemistry and Microbiology from King’s College London. She started her career as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Rockefeller University, New York, and had affiliations as a Research Fellow with Universities in Greece before making a career shift to business. Victoria keeps her engagement with research in Applied Neuroscience and Predictive Analytics. Her recent work is on linking brain activity to behavioural outcomes.
Outside of work, Victoria is involved in volunteer groups for female empowerment and development as well the Cambridge Alumni Community as co-chair of the Alumni Advisory Board.
