Andrew Aiginin is a product leader and AI drug discovery expert currently driving the research, development, and commercialization of a cutting-edge generative AI platform at Insilico Medicine in Abu Dhabi. As Product Manager, he successfully launched the Generative Biologics platform, from customer discovery through product development to market entry. Prior to joining Insilico’s product team, he served as a medicinal chemist, where he pioneered novel approaches using protein language models, graph neural networks, and advanced computational methods for biological drug design. As a former co-founder of a health-tech startup, he secured venture capital funding and built evidence-based drug intelligence systems and patient-facing digital health solutions. His technical expertise spans bioinformatics, computational drug design, and machine learning. With over a decade of experience across startups and research institutions, Andrew brings a unique combination of deep technical knowledge in drug discovery and proven product leadership skills.
