Gemma Holliday

Gemma is a cheminformatician specialising in the computational representation of complex scientific data, with expertise spanning cheminformatics, knowledge graphs, and AI-driven scientific workflows. Following an early career in academia, she has led interdisciplinary teams across academia and industry to develop novel methods and open scientific databases, including widely used resources for representing enzyme reaction mechanisms and structure-function relationships, resulting in numerous publications. She later moved into early-phase drug discovery before joining pharmaceutical development, where her current focus is the Early Phase Stability Assistant (EPSA), an agentic AI platform for early-phase stability data.
