Jake Haworth

Jake Haworth is a Director of Research and Early Development Operations at Moderna Therapeutics. Prior to operations management, he developed biosensors and polymer batteries at Sandia National Laboratories, and drug screening technologies at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He has built and led operations teams for a series of startups through rapid growth stages. Currently he serves on the board of directors for Lab Ops Unite, a non-profit for lab ops professionals, and serves as a guest speaker for Stem Outreach Collective, an organization inspiring middle and high school students to follow STEM careers. He has been a featured guest on the Once A Scientist podcast, and his band “Jake In The Boxx” can be found on Spotify.
