Lea Medeiros

Lea has worked in laboratories for over 20 years, beginning at the bench and then transitioning to the lab operations side. She received her PhD in Biological Sciences from Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she studied stem cells and early embryos. Lea has been an integral part of designing and launching the 6 SmartLabs laboratory facilities. She is responsible for developing and leading the R&D Lab Operations Program across all sites and enjoys learning about all things related to lab operations.
