Leah O’Brien is a wholehearted tech leader with passion, agility and 20 years experience in the Pharma industry.  She is a Senior Director in R&D Tech at GlaxoSmithKline.  As the Senior Product Director for Development Lab Systems, she has tech accountability for all GxP laboratory systems used across CMC development, as well as general lab instrument support across R&D. Leah leads a product-centric DevOps organisation, spanning development LIMS and ELN systems, CMC production data collection and analysis and Lab Engineering.
